Man considered armed and dangerous taken into custody in Lubec

LUBEC, Maine (WABI) - The Washington Sheriff’s Office says a man considered armed and dangerous is now in custody.

They originally told the public to be on the lookout for 30-year-old Kenneth Kudrick Sunday morning.

They say he was located near the scene of a house fire in Lubec.

Star 97.7 News is reporting Kudrick may have been involved in a possibly related stabbing.  According to the radio station, Kudrick was staying in the home in Lubec that was destroyed in the blaze Sunday morning on Pleasant Street.

Sources tell Star 97.7 he had asked several people for a ride to Portland before he was found and taken into custody.
