TRENTON, Maine (WABI) - A Warren woman who authorities say was involved in a violent incident with her husband in Trenton last year has been indicted by the Hancock County Grand Jury.

49-year-old Sherry Smith is charged with attempted murder and robbery.

Two men were shot at a Trenton residence in December.

The District Attorney says Smith is accused of stabbing one of the men the couple was trying to rob.

Her husband, 51-year-old Larry Smith, was also charged with attempted murder and robbery.
