Such competitive games and the real fight really attract the audience. It is also fill the confidence in the players. After all good and healthy play wins. Anyway cheers for all players!!!

Wow....you mention two squads out of the 9 that was there!!!! I am the mother of two of the Jonesport-Beals cheerleaders...their main flyer, that was out due to 3 fractured ribs, bruised kidney and bruised muscles after an accident during practice, is my daughter and the brave little girl that ended up being the flyer for Jonesport-Beals with only 4 hours of practice to learn the stunts, and did a performance of a lifetime, I may add, is my other daughter, every cheerleader risks injury everyday at pratice or while they are out there performing and get very little recongnition for it , cheering IS a sport also, when is everyone going to wake up to that fact. All the squads that were there whether they placed to go to State's or not should have been mentioned. Machias squad placed sixth to make it to State's they did a great job but they aren't even mentioned. Deer Isle Stonington came in 2nd...not one comment...the clip that you show is an insult to Class D compared to what was shown for Class A, B, and C....we may be small schools but we have cheerleaders with just as much talent if not more...to bad my oldest daughter got hurt cause we would have given any of those teams a run for the State Title...but there is next year...you might want to watch out for JBHS Cheerleader!!!!
