High school hockey kicking off their regular season... in class A Bangor welcomed Saint Doms, one of the best hockey programs in the entire state.
Bangor trailed 4-0 after one period, but the fans still love their team.
Even with the big deficit Bangor fought hard. In the second Zach Papsadora tips in the shot from the blue line; 4-1 Saint Doms.
Number 8 Nic Cota would not quit.
And later on he cuts the deficit in half. He may of gotten away with a kick inside the crease, but either way it is 4-2 Saint Doms.
However, Sayne Curtis was terrific in net for the Saints. He doesn't allow another goal the rest of the night as Saint Doms get the season off on the right foot 5-2 the final.
