A Medway man accused of setting a fire in his hometown last week appeared in court Monday.
39-year-old Douglas Deloge is charged with class "A" arson.
Investigators say he set a fire early Thursday morning that destroyed a vacant house at the corner of Route 116 and Powersville Road.
In court Monday the judge set bail at $3,000 cash.
There have been three other arson fires in Medway since late October, including two on the Medway Road.
Deloge is only charged with Thursday's fire.
He remains behind bars at the Penobscot County Jail.
