Olive Tapenade and Goat Cheese Crostinis

Ingredients:

1 cup green olives
1 cup nicoise olives
1 anchovy
1 Tbsp. capers
2-3 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. thyme
a drizzle of olive oil
a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
goat cheese

Directions:
Put everything into food processor and pulse until ingredients are chunky. Serve with toasted crusty bread and topped with goat cheese of your choice.
