I just get over the H1N1. In bed since 6 days. Started out like being hit by a snowball. Woke up Sunday morning and had this vigorous cough, 2 hours later developed a fever, which went up to 102.8 by the evening. The fever hovered around that for the next 3 days, and finally broke and came down to 100, that's with taking 2 Tylenol. Make sure you have a enough Cough expectorant/suppressant all in one bottle. The Cough is really violent, and makes you gag to the point you know what. Take it easy, just rest that's all you can do. Wear a mask around other people in the household. And make them wear a mask as well when in the same room with you. Also diarrhea was present for 2 days. There is really not much you can do other then rest. Of course if you have any other symptoms, check it out with your doctor. Well in any case check it out with your doctor. Because everyone experiences it different. What I wrote is just how I experienced it! I am not giving any advice, just something you can read and compare with.

Am I reading this right? 95% of school clinics have been completed and we NOW have 50% absenteeism rate and some schools have closed all together? Schools are closing and absences higher AFTER swine flu clinics? Was the mist used? Does the state know that the mist sheds LIVE VIRUS for 28 days. OMG- I hope Maine health officials are reading those pesky vaccine inserts!
