Bridgewater State built a 19-0 lead against Maine Maritime Academy. The Mariners got on the board when Tyler Angell scored a five yard touchdown, Angell rushed for 88 yards with a seven yard average. Nick Bourassa caught a 15 yard touchdown, but too little too late. Bridgewater won 40-14. It's the first lost for Maine Maritime and 0-1 in the Bogan Division.
Down in Waterville Colby had leads of 7-3 at halftime, 13-3 late in the third quarter, and 19-17 with 8:49 to go in the fourth quarter. The Ephs from Williams had the go ahead touchdown with one minute to go. Matt Coyne, the quarterback ran for a 16 yard touchdown. Williams beats Colby 23-19.
