Blueberry Breakfast Bake from the Dinner Store


***Serves 2***

Ingredients:
4 oz. day-old bread cut into 1” cubes
3 oz. cream cheese cut into small cubes
4 oz. blueberries
4 eggs, beaten
Β½ cup milk
ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup
ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon
ΒΌ cup white sugar
Β½ tablespoon cornstarch
ΒΌ cup water
ΒΌ cup blueberries
ΒΌ tablespoon butter

Directions:
In a metal mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. In a baking dish, add bread, cream cheese and blueberries, Pour egg mixture over bread then cover and put into the refrigerator for about 2 hours to let the bread soak up the egg mixture.

Bake covered at 350Β° for 30 minutes then uncover and bake for another 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.

where's the rest of the blueberry breakfast receipe? how long do you bake it for and at what temperture?

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU GAVE US ALL THE DIRECTIONS!!!! HOW DOES THIS THING BAKE???
FURTHER, IF YOU LEFT OFF THE RED BACKGROUND WE COULD READ THE RECIPES A LOT EASIER WHEN PRINTED OUT. IF I PRINTED IN BLACK ONLY, ALL I GOT WAS A BLACK PAGE!

I'm just going to preheat my oven to 350* and check it every 15 minutes or so until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Thanx Todd. Great job. Keep 'em comin'!!

My apologies to everyone. I posted the recipe and didn't realize the bottom got cut off. The baking instructions are there now so the recipe should be complete.
