Fruit Smoothies

A great way to start your day----.

Must have a blender!

Variety of ingredients:
Fruit: banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, mango, peaches, pineapple.

Juice (anything but tomato) Please BEWARE of sugared juices—high fructose is bad!

Yogurt—makes it creamy---use plain!!!!

Any one or all of the above is great. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend, pour, drink…done!

Use remaining in popsicle molds and for snacks.
