Wraps
Ingredients:
Wraps & Pita pockets—any flavor---I like whole wheat
Hummus---any flavor—find in your deli section
Veggies:
Green beans, red bell pepper, carrots, spinach, lettuce, snap peas, sweet onions, roasted sweet potatoes, mushrooms, avocado, cheeses, chicken…any and all that you like---cut them up strips.
To assemble:
Spread 2 Tablespoons of hummus on wrap.
Fill with anything you like.
Fold each side over to meet on the middle.
Begin rolling; the hummus should help the wrap stay together.
Cut in half and enjoy
