The grounds of Fort Knox in Prospect were transformed into a Civil War battlefield this weekend.
Members of the 20th Maine set up at the Fort for the weekend, for their annual encampment.
They reenact scenes from the Civil War as a living history lesson for visitors.
Paul Dudley is a sergeant with the 20th Maine...and President of Company B.
He says the weekend is an exciting way to teach folks a little something while having fun at the same time.
Another encampment is planned for August at Fort Knox.
