1 oreo cookie pie crust
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup milk
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 8oz. package cream cheese (room temp)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package cool whip, thawed
In a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add sugar, milk and vanilla until creamy. Fold into cool whip. Pour into pie crust, cover and freeze for about 6 hours.
