Bacon Wrapped Maple Glazed Pork Loin
Ingredients:
1-5 lb. pork loin
1 lb. bacon, raw
black pepper
maple syrup
Directions: Preheat oven to 450°. Wrap pork loin with bacon. Place in roasting pan and put in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven then cover roast with foil. Turn oven down to 300°. Place roast back in oven. Baste roast with maple syrup every 10 minutes (approximately 4 times). Cook until desired doneness, about 1 hour. Remove foil from roast.
Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 lb. of potatoes, washed and quartered
2 T fresh chopped garlic
1 t fresh chopped rosemary
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
