Not guilty of manslaughter, not guilty of aggravated operating under the influence.

That's the verdict of the jury in the trial of Ryan Hurd of Lincoln who was in a deadly car crash in New Vineyard in October 2007.

But he was found guilty of a lesser crime--letting a drunk friend drive his car.

A man from Dover-Foxcroft died in the crash, a man from Medway was seriously hurt.

The defense claimed Hurd wasn't driving the car.
