A former corrections officer in Penobscot county will be spending some time in jail, but this time as an inmate.
Today in court Lori Call pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in prison contraband.
Call was accused of providing pot to an inmate in Penobscot county.
And she was also accused of providing a prescription drug to an inmate in Franklin County.
She was sentenced to six months in jail...and she'll be on probation for two years.
Conditions of her probation include no contact with drugs, and she'll have to submit to to random searches and drug tests.
Call will also have to undergo substance abuse and mental health counseling.
