Ingredients:
2-2.5 lbs. 80/20 ground beef
cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
cup ketchup
cup finely chopped red and green peppers
cup milk
- lb. bacon
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except the bacon. Place in a loaf pan and cover the top by overlapping the bacon. Cook at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until ground beef is temperature is reached on a meat thermometer.






With 2-2.5 lbs of meat you only need 1/3 cup of Oatmeal,1/3 cup of ketchup, 1/3 -1/2 cup of chopped pepper and 1/3 cup of milk. You only need enough bacon to cover... not the whole pound.
