40-year-old Mark McIntosh and 31-year-old Jennifer Stanley are expected to be in court in October.
The animals were taken from a home on the Oliver Hill Road in Garland last Thursday.
They include dogs, cats, birds, and other indoor pets.
Authorities say the animals are in various conditions of health.
They were all taken to area shelters.
