Portland -
A Warren man is facing numerous charges after a high speed chase Thursday night that state Police say reached a speed of 110 miles per hour at one point.
41-year old Robby Beaulieu was being treated at a hospital for injuries. We're told they are not life-threatening.
State police reportedly tried pulling Beaulieu over in Yarmouth after receiving reports of an erratic driver.
The chase ended on the Interstate in Portland when Beaulieu's car went out of control and overturned, according to authorities.
A trooper says he found an open bottle of whiskey in the vehicle.
We're told Beaulieu has a suspended driver's license for a number of offenses including operating under the influence and operating after suspension of his license. His newest charges, according to State Police, are criminal speed, eluding a police officer, driving to endanger and operating after suspension.
Authorities say the car Beaulieu was driving was owned by an Arundel car dealer.
