It's not uncommon for seniors to be the target of scams and fraud.
A local seminar wants to stop them from becoming victims. The Penobscot County Sheriff's office is hosting the event. It's tomorrow at Sunbury Village in Bangor, beginning at 11 o'clock.
Chief Deputy Troy Morton will talk about how seniors can spot the warning signs of frauds and scams.
The seminar is free and open to anyone.
