Newburgh -
A plane flipped on a runway in Newburgh Wednesday afternoon.
The Penobscot County Sheriff's Department says a small plane with skis attached to it was taxiing, when one of the skis caught and flipped the plane.
The pilot wasn't hurt.
The Federal Aviation Administration was notified.
The plane has since been released back to the owner.
