Augusta -
Employers in Maine are looking to hire those returning from service.
The "Hiring Maine's Heroes" job fair is Wednesday at the Augusta Armory.
The event runs from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M.
A special workshop for employers will begin at 9, to discuss G.I. Bill benefits for apprenticeship and on-the-job training.
Attendees are asked to bring resumes and be prepared for "interview like" conversations with employers.
Members of the public looking for work are also invited to attend.
