Belfast -
A convicted sex offender from Lincolnville is accused of groping a Belfast store clerk.
Police arrested Glenn Reed, 65, on Monday.
He's charged with unlawful sexual touching, assault, and disorderly conduct.
Reed was previously convicted of rape.
