Randolph -
A martial arts instructor who teaches in Randolph is charged with having sex with one of his students.
Police arrested Brant Perkins, 53, of Edgecomb Thursday night.
Perkins is an instructor at the Maine Isshinryu Karate Academy in Randolph.
Police say the victim is a teenage girl. A family friend reported the abuse earlier this week.
