Bangor -
A man from Bangor is accused of taking cell phone pictures of a woman in her shower by peeking through her ceiling.
26-year-old Carl Farrar is charged with violation of privacy.
Police were called to the woman's apartment on Essex Street Tuesday.
She says she was in the shower and noticed a cell phone hovering above her, in between the ceiling tiles.
She says when she tried to grab the phone, it was pulled back before she could get it.
The woman told police a few minutes later Farrar, who's a neighbor, came to her door, apologized and said he'd deleted the pictures on his phone.
Farrar's due in court next month.
