Teen Skier Rescued by Snowmobiler Loves Survival Shows
Carrabassett Valley -
A 17-year-old skier has been found alive at Maine's Sugarloaf ski resort two days after disappearing.
Officials say searchers found Nicholas Joy, of Medford, Massachusetts, around 9 this morning near a snowmobile trail off the western side of Sugarloaf Mountain.
Searchers had been looking for him since Sunday afternoon.
Authorities say Joy and his father split up and took separate trails from the top of the mountain Sunday, and the father called for help when his son failed to meet with him.
