Rockland -
A Rockland man is going to prison for 10 years for raping a three-year-old girl.
Ryan Withee, 32, pleaded guilty Monday afternoon in a Knox County courtroom.
He was arrested last year when police said the child's mother came home to find Withee with the child who complained that he'd hurt her.
District Attorney Geoffrey Rushlau says when Withee is out of prison, he'll be on supervised release for 25 years.
