Bangor -
Police in Bangor took a human fetus into evidence after a woman was spotted walking through Pickering Square, while carrying it in a bag.
Officers responded to the call just after 2 P.M. Friday.
There have been no arrests and no one has been taken into custody at this point.
The department's Criminal Investigations Division released a written statement with few details.
The fetus will be taken to the medical examiner's office in Augusta on Monday.
