A Lewiston man is going to prison for 21 years for killing a woman and burying her body.
Rob Ryder, 21, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in June.
Police say Ryder told them he killed Danita Brown, 38, of New Gloucester by hitting her on the head with a clock.
Brown's body was found in the basement of Ryder's apartment house in July 2011.
