A Stacyville man has been indicted by a Penobscot County grand jury on numerous charges.
Gilbert Torres, Jr., 52, is charged with arson, domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence terrorizing, and criminal mischief.
According to the district attorney's office, in January, Torres made threats to his ex-girlfriend, threatened to kill her new boyfriend, and burned some of her clothes.
