Bangor, Glenburn, Hampden, Veazie -
A man from Orrington accused of breaking into at least a dozen houses in the greater Glenburn area was Tuesday by the Penobscot County grand jury.
24-year-old Nicholas Osgood is charged with 12 counts of burglary, 10 counts of theft and two counts of stealing drugs.
State police say last month he broke into homes in Glenburn, Hampden and Veazie and stole thousands of dollars worth of items.
Osgood was arrested when police spotted his car in Glenburn.
They say they recovered most of the stolen property, some of it at pawn shops.
