The Penobscot County grand jury indicted a woman from Indian Island Tuesday accused of stabbing a man with a butcher knife.
46-year-old Mary Sappier is charged with aggravated assault.
She was arrested last month after police say she stabbed a man in the shoulder during a domestic dispute.
The man was taken to the hospital.
We're told his injuries were not life-threatening.
