State fire investigators are probing what might have been an arson at the Loring Commerce Center.
The flames were first spotted around 6:00 Sunday night.
State fire marshal Tim Lowell says the building was unoccupied and no one was hurt.
The building was significantly damaged.
He says it's believed the fire was set intentionally. Right now they are following up on leads.
