Bangor/Lincoln -
The state is asking a judge to revoke bail for a Lincoln man accused of rape.
Daniel Rice, 21, was arrested over the weekend for violating conditions of release and three counts of gross sexual assault. He appeared in a Bangor courtroom Monday afternoon via video.
He has three other pending cases with similar charges and similar victims.
Rice is being held in the Penobscot County jail.
