Brewer -
Despite the snow, many families came out to celebrate the Maine outdoors, indoors.
The Penobscot Fly Fishers sponsored the Cabin Fever Reliever Show this past weekend.
Activities included how to tie a fly and how to shoot a bow.
Admission was free and many families enjoyed the one-on-one demonstrations.
"We're a very small show, so it's very intimate," said the show's chairperson Ernest MacDonald. "You can sit down and watch somebody tie a fly or talk with somebody about making something for as long as you want. There's not a ton of people, it's a good group of people, and they're all interested."
The show offered educational demonstrations for both children and adults.
