Police are investigating a three-car crash in Bangor that sent three people to the hospital.
A truck, a car and a station wagon collided at the intersection of Mount Hope and Hogan Road around 11:30 Friday morning.
Police say the driver of the station wagon, 47-year-old Sherry Levesque of Old Town, was heading into the intersection when the vehicle was hit by the truck, which was going south on Hogan Road.
The impact of the crash knocked the truck on its side and onto the hood of another car, driven by 18-year-old Rachel Taft of Veazie.
The truck was driven by 47-year-old Rickie Keim of Patten. He had three passengers - 39-year-old Bobbie Keim, a 5-year-old and a 9-year-old.
We're told three people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries - the driver of the truck, Rickie Keim, his 9-year-old passenger and the driver of the car, Taft.
Police say it appears the driver of the truck failed to stop for a red light.
Traffic at the busy intersection was moving one lane at time while police and fire crews cleaned up the mess.
