Portland -
Portland police arrested a man after a bank robbery Tuesday.
Joseph Blais, 49, of Portland was wearing the clothes described by a teller at the Key Bank that was robbed about ten minutes earlier.
According to police when he was searched officers found one thousand dollars wrapped in a bank band along with the other evidence linking him to the bank robbery
Officers arrested Blais and took him to the Cumberland County Jail
