The family of a woman killed in a home explosion in Bath has hired a lawyer to investigate her death.
64-year old Dale Fussell died last week, when her duplex exploded.
Officials say the explosion was caused by a propane gas leak.
Friends say Fussell had complained of headaches days before her death and thought she might have a gas leak.
Those friends also claim Fussell reported it to her landlords, but property managers say they don't have a complaint on file.
Lawsuits are being considered against Fussell's landlord and Irving Oil.
