A Unity man who's accused of domestic violence is going to jail on drug charges.
Mark Meierdirk, 39, is accused of threatening his girlfriend last month with a loaded gun then, the next day, threatening that woman, her father and her sister.
He’s been indicted for domestic violence and criminal threatening.
Thursday, he was supposed to begin his trial on previous drug charges, but he pled guilty and was sentenced to 2-and-a-half months in jail.
