Bangor -
A man from Verona Island plead not guilty to an aggravated attempted murder charge in a Bangor court room Thursday.
Oscar Nunez, 25, also plead not guilty to arson and criminal threatening.
Prosecutors said he poured gasoline around a house on July 22nd, 2012 and then set it on fire. We're told he also fired several gunshots at that home.
Nunez is also facing charges in Hancock county.
The judge set a $50,000 cash bail for the 25-year-old and he will be back in court on April 2nd.
