A Monroe man is in jail without bail for reportedly having sex with a minor.
Christopher Whitcomb, 36, reportedly confessed to police in November that he had been having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
As part of his bail conditions, he could not have any contact with the victim.
Police found out later that month, Whitcomb was reportedly having sex with the girl again.
He's been indicted by a Waldo County Grand Jury for sexual abuse of a minor.
