Washington County -
Thousands of folks were without power in Washington County Monday afternoon.
Bangor Hydro reported more than 13,000 outages at one point.
They blame a transmission line problem. Most folks had their power restored, but it was a temporary fix.
Bangor Hydro says those customers should plan on a power interruption Monday at 7:00 p.m. to make repairs, which could last three to four hours.
