State police were on the scene of what the Kennebec Journal is calling a “standoff” overnight.
A Madison man was reportedly barricaded inside his home, threatening to shoot people and burn his house down.
Officers from multiple agencies responded to the home on East Madison Road.
The suspect's name has not yet been released.
