Belfast -
A Frankfort woman who police say was drunk when her baby was killed by the family's dog, is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday.
30 year old Katrina Mitchell pleaded no contest to the charges last year.
She was out of jail until last weekend, when the deputy district attorney found out she was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and OUI in two separate incidents in Bangor in December.
Mitchell turned herself in after an arrest warrant was issued.
She will be sentenced Wednesday afternoon on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
