Pittsfield -
Two former political rivals teamed up to help celebrate the one year anniversary of a Pittsfield business Friday.
Argo Marketing opened in Pittsfield just after GCS call centers went under, leaving 60 people without jobs.
In their first year, Argo has gone from 13 employees to more than 100.
Argo CEO and former U.S. Congressional candidate Jason Levesque welcomed the man who beat him in the 2010 election, Congressman Mike Michaud, to help celebrate the milestone.
Levesque gave all the credit for Argo's success in Pittsfield to his employees. "I can't stress this enough, we wouldn't be here without you," Levesque said. "If it wasn't for you, this would just be another store front in another downtown that's empty. Because of you it's not. Because of you we've pumped $2.6 million just in 2012 into the local economy."
Levesque also made a $500 donation to the Warsaw Middle School athletic program.
