Dexter, Bangor -
A Dexter man accused of raping a 3-year-old pleaded not guilty in a Bangor courtroom today.
Dustin Stevens, 25, is charged with gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.
The District Attorney's Office says the incident took place in October of 2011.
Stevens' bail is set at $5,000. If he gets out, he can't have contact with any one under the age of 18, including the alleged victim and the alleged victim's family.
