A man from Dexter was indicted by the Penobscot County grand jury Wednesday on charges of raping a 3-year-old child.
Dustin Stevens, 25, is charged with gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.
The District Attorney's office says the incident took place in October of 2011 in another person's home.
We're told Stevens was familiar with the victim.
