Frankfort -
A Frankfort woman who police say was drunk when her baby was killed by the family's dog, is back in jail, with no bail.
Katrina Mitchell, 30, pleaded no contest to the charges last year.
She was out of jail until this past weekend, when the deputy district attorney found out she was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and OUI in two separate incidents in Bangor in December.
Mitchell turned herself in on Saturday after an arrest warrant was issued.
She is scheduled to be sentenced on the endangering the welfare of a child charge next week.
