Orrington Man Charged with Burglary & Theft in String of Break-ins

Bangor - A man from Orrington arrested in connection with a string of home burglaries in the greater Glenburn area was in court today.

23-year old Nicholas Osgood is charged with 6 counts of burglary and 5 counts of theft, and there could be more charges added.

State police say he broke into homes in Glenburn, Hampden and Veazie and stole thousands of dollars worth of items.

Osgood was arrested Monday after police stopped his car on the Pushaw Road in Glenburn.

Bail is set at $5,000.
