Augusta -
The labor mural on display at an Augusta Museum cost the state almost $6,000.
The cost covers the removing, storing, and relocating the mural.
Two years ago Governor Paul LePage ordered the removal of the mural because he said it was a one sided view of history.
Last week, the painting was put on display at the Maine State Museum.
It was originally located at the Department of Labor.
